To our valued customers, and dearest friends and family,

It is with sincere regret and great sadness that we inform you that Olsen’s Automotive Repair will be closing its doors permanently effective February 28, 2025. We are writing this letter to you with a very heavy heart. After several months of back and forth in weighing our options and sifting through various contributing factors, we have come to the joint decision that closing our doors is what is best for our family. I have retired and now reside in Oregon and Cynthia needs more time spent at home with her four children, two of whom have personal medical needs that cannot be met while running a business full-time.

The property has been sold and the new owner is not involved in the Automotive Industry.

With that being said, Cynthia isn’t going very far. Beginning around April 1, 2025 you can find her at Alan and Sons Monday - Friday. Their address is 4001 First St #7, in the Big-O Tire complex. If you need service before that date, please call Victoria at 925-446-5106. Be sure to let her know that you are a customer of Olsen’s Automotive Repair. Cynthia truly looks forward to seeing all of you at her new location and starting this new and exciting chapter.

Please note that for your convenience Cynthia will keep Olsen’s primary phone number (925) 447-4070 6-12 months and it will ring directly to her Cell Phone. Eventually the number will forward to Alan’s and Sons business line.
